Jost Chemical Co. (Overland, MO) has developed a co-salt in a 2:1 Ca:Mg molar ratio, which is a unique compound and not a dry blend. The FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) has approved this new product as a new dietary ingredient (NDI). Jost offers both a granular product for improved directly compressible tablet manufacturing and a powder product for desired aqueous suspension with excellent mouth feel and unmatched suspension stability.
