Draco Expands ISO Certifications
Draco Natural Products, Inc. (San Jose, CA) has announced the expansion of ISO certifications for the company’s manufacturing facilities.
According to the company, Draco has long held the world-renowned ISO9001 certification for manufacturing quality standards. Now the company has added three more certifications from the International Standards Organization (ISO):
ISO 14001 specifies the requirements for an environmental management system that a company can use to enhance its environmental performance. ISO 14001:2015 is intended for use by a company seeking to manage its environmental responsibilities in a systematic manner that contributes to the environmental pillar of sustainability.
ISO 45001 specifies requirements for an occupational health and safety (OH&S) management system, and gives guidance for its use, to enable companies to provide safe and healthy workplaces by preventing work-related injury and ill health, as well as by proactively improving its OH&S performance.
ISO 50001 is the global standard for energy management systems, providing organizations with an internationally recognized framework for implementing an energy management system.
