MANE (France) has announced the acquisition of Cvista, a Florida-based supplier of citrus oil fractions and natural essences. Driven by a shared strategic and technological vision, the acquisition will establish a MANE global Citrus and Beverage Center of Excellence in the United States.
Cvista is known for its advanced expertise in citrus oil processing and for producing high-value natural ingredients, particularly for the flavor and fragrance industry. The acquisition will strengthen MANE’s position in citrus—a key area for innovation across flavors and beverages—by combining the two companies’ capabilities and specialized know-how to accelerate citrus and beverage development and support sustainable growth.
MANE will establish a global Citrus and Beverage Center of Excellence in Riverview, FL, leveraging Cvista’s teams, facilities and expertise. Cvista’s team will join MANE, bringing valuable citrus knowledge and experience to the organization.
The U.S.-based center will also bring MANE closer to strategic citrus sourcing regions, accelerate the development of breakthrough beverage solutions and establish a dedicated global citrus platform. The center also creates opportunities to build on MANE’s recent partnership with Arzeda to produce and commercialize ViaLeaf Reb M technology, combining complementary strengths to develop innovative solutions for the growing functional and reduced-sugar beverage markets.
