The American Business Awards are the nation’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S. are eligible to submit nominations—public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small—in a wide range of categories.

More than 3,600 nominations were reviewed in this year’s submissions and more than 190 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners. The judges were impressed with Schrader’s nomination, calling her “a program manager extraordinaire!” One judge recognized Schrader’s accomplishment over the last year as a team champion and noted: “Leading development teams through a corporate acquisition is not an easy task. Very impressive!”

“We would like to congratulate Blair on this significant achievement. Her commitment to leading, training and serving the software team and development of a flagship product is admirable. Her dedication to the team is worthy of this award,” stated Joe Blauert, ProcessPro general manager.
