In February 2013, healthy subject research on InterHealth’s UC-II was presented by Dr. Jay Udani at the 2013 Scripps Natural Supplement Conference in San Diego, CA. Subjects exercised longer before experiencing joint discomfort and recovered faster after exercising compared to baseline.1 The healthy subjects in this study represent the perfect population for dietary supplements. This study corroborates 2009 findings published in International Journal of Medical Sciences.
