Lou Tutino is an executive recruiter with over 20 years of experience in the nutraceutical industry. His introduction to the industry began with a lifelong passion for baseball where coaches taught him the importance of good nutrition and dietary supplements. Lou's mentors include esteemed nutraceutical educators, scientists and many of the industry's most celebrated innovators.

Prior to recruiting in the industry, Lou was the Director of Supply Chain & Logistics Operations with a multinational nutraceutical company, where he spearheaded the product development of nutraceuticals and cosmeceuticals. Supplier sourcing, vendor selection, procurement of raw materials, cost analysis, regulatory, quality, inventory management and warehousing were all within his charge. Additionally, during a rapid international expansion project, he successfully completed the registration of many product lines as well as strategically opening and operating seven worldwide distribution centers within a ten month period.

Lou is currently associated with some of the most innovative companies in the industry and is now introducing those companies to individuals who are pursuing their own passion in nutraceuticals.
