We have a full line of processed mushrooms that include marinated, sliced, pieces and stems, and finely diced for blending. We provide all major US cities with fresh, locally-grown mushrooms year-round. Our 4,000 U.S. employees are proud to grow more than 250 million pounds of fresh mushrooms every year.
Our "Just Mushrooms" product line includes organic, vegan (plant-based) high vitamin D mushroom powders and chips. All powders are made from fresh mushrooms grown at our California farms and consist of Just Mushrooms, 100% mushroom powder.
