In 2005, driven by a strong background in ayurveda and curiosity as a biochemist, current Cepham President Dr. Anand Swaroop set a new goal for Cepham: discover the actives in common ayurvedic plants and develop more convenient and concentrated extracts.

Since then, Cepham has continued to develop new extraction and fermentation technologies to enhance established Ayurvedic ingredients. The company supports those ingredients with its own lab studies and human clinical research. Globally, Cepham is among the few ingredient suppliers that can research, run clinical studies, scale up, manufacture, stock and distribute.
